Tax Manager role in Amsterdam (Remote)
As Financial Controller Real Estate, you will oversee the financial reporting, compliance and control activities for a portfolio of real estate SPVs. You will work closely with investors, auditors, tax advisors and operational teams, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance and high-quality financial insights across complex property investment structures.
To strengthen the finance function, we are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who enjoys combining accounting, reporting, financial control and process improvement within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will act as the financial business partner for complex projects and programmes, overseeing project performance, revenue recognition, forecasting, reporting, and contract compliance. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Programme Management, you will provide insights that support decision-making, drive financial control, and ensure the successful execution of projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Je levert strategische financiële inzichten, coördineert de planning- en controlcyclus en bewaakt de financiële sturing. Ook stuur je Project Controllers functioneel aan en ontwikkel je schaalbare financiële processen, rapportages en governance die de verdere groei ondersteunen.
