Binnen de afdeling customer service ben je samen met je 8 andere collega's medeverantwoordelijk voor de inkomende en uitgaande communicatie. Elke dag is anders wat het werk variërend maakt.Je hebt een hoge handelingssnelheid, een hoge mate van stressbestendigheid. Je verricht ondersteunende communicatie- en correspondentie-taken en helpt collega's om bedrijfsinformatie toe te passen.
Als Customer Service Representative verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van klantorders, het coördineren van leveringen en het onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Supply Chain en Logistics om een optimale klanttevredenheid en een efficiënte orderafhandeling te garanderen.
In deze rol ben jij de eerste stap in het salesproces. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen accountmanagers zich volledig richten op het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het sluiten van deals.
