Als Plant Controller ben je P&L‑eindverantwoordelijk voor de fabriek, leid je het Controlling‑team (2 FTE) en ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor het MT, de operatie en HQ (Japan). Dit is geen rol achter het scherm: je staat regelmatig in de fabriek, spreekt met Inkoop, Productie en R&D, en vertaalt wat je daar ziet naar onderbouwde rapportages, analyses en besluiten.
In this Business Controller position you operate at group level for multiple international entities. You work closely with local finance teams and management in different countries, influence key decisions around budgeting and forecasting, and act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders. It's not just about producing reports - you actively help steer performance, challenge assumptions and drive value across the organization.
