Je adviseert management en stakeholders over risico's, compliance en beheersmaatregelen en draagt actief bij aan verdere professionalisering, governance en risicobewustzijn binnen de organisatie.

This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.
