As Group Controller, you will lead group reporting, consolidation, financial governance, and external reporting while overseeing local finance teams across an international medical technology organization. Als Risk Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van het risicomanagement- en interne beheersingsframework binnen een maatschappelijk relevante organisatie. Je adviseert management en stakeholders over risico's, compliance en beheersmaatregelen en draagt actief bij aan verdere professionalisering, governance en risicobewustzijn binnen de organisatie.

This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.
