As an AP Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely Accounts Payable processes across multiple international entities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will support invoice processing, payment execution and process improvements while contributing to an efficient and well-controlled finance operation.

As Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across the EMEA region. You will combine people leadership with process improvement, ensuring accurate invoice processing, strong stakeholder collaboration and continuous optimisation of AP operations within a dynamic international organisation.

This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.

Als Senior Salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige personeels- en salarisadministratie voor meerdere entiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, Finance en management, bent het aanspreekpunt voor salarisvraagstukken en bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast adviseer je stakeholders, optimaliseer je processen en draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de salarisadministratie.

Als S&OP Planner stuur je het volledige Sales & Operations Planning proces aan en zorg je voor de optimale balans tussen vraag, aanbod, voorraad, capaciteit en rendement. Je verbindt Sales, Supply Chain, Operations en Finance, vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten en ondersteunt strategische besluitvorming.
