Job Description

In this role as Warehouse Manager a.i. you will:

Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
Manage and develop a team of Supervisors, supporting performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Ensure operational activities are executed in line with established procedures, targets, and customer expectations.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet changing business demands.
Foster strong collaboration across operational teams and other internal stakeholders.
Promote a safe, compliant, and well-organized working environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Contribute to the development and execution of operational and departmental objectives.
Act as a role model for leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

For this role as Warehouse Manager a.i. you have:

Higher education level or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Proven leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, or operational environments. Experience in fashion or e-commerce logistics is an advantage.
Strong people management skills with experience leading leaders and operational teams.
Experience managing performance in fast-paced and high-volume operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational systems.
Confident decision-maker who can effectively balance operational priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Able to perform effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
