Job Description

As a Trainee Corporate Affairs & Communications, you play a supportive role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

Operational & Project Support

  • Support daily operational and administrative activities
  • Conduct research and data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations
  • Help ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives



Communications

  • Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication plans
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments



Media Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly media monitoring reports
  • Analyze and summarize key media and business insights



Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Support planning and execution of corporate philanthropy initiatives
  • Assist with coordination of related activities and events



Coordination & Administration

  • Organize meetings and events (including logistics)
  • Prepare meeting minutes and documentation
  • Ensure proper follow-up and record keeping



You will work closely with the Corporate Affairs & Communications Director and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Together with the hiring manager, we have defined the following profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Political Science, or similar
  • Internship or academic experience within a corporate or international environment
  • Affinity with corporate communications, media, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Dutch is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills



Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or communication platforms is a plus
