Job Description

As a Team Lead Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse activities aimed at delivering the highest possible level of service to the customer.
  • Working closely with your colleagues and the Control Room to make the right decisions for an optimal end-to-end process.
  • Managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees within your team.
  • Making improvement proposals regarding logistics processes.
  • Maintaining close contact with the Operational Support departments (strong communication skills required).
  • Working according to Lean principles, having knowledge of 5S, and being involved in HR-related matters (sick leave management, development discussions, etc.).
  • Reporting on the actual deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources, and advising the Operations Manager accordingly.
