Job Description

  • Partner with senior executives to support critical strategic, operational, and financial decision-making.
  • Lead the development of long-term business plans, strategic priorities, and annual planning cycles.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance assessments.
  • Drive high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop board- and executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision materials.
  • Collaborate across functions to align stakeholders, manage risks, and accelerate strategic priorities.
  • Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and value-creation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams while coaching and supporting junior team members.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging risks, and competitive developments to inform future strategy.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations and execution plans.



The Successful Applicant



You are a strategic and commercially professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Combining strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on delivery mindset, you are equally comfortable shaping executive-level strategy as you are driving execution and achieving measurable results.

Key qualifications and attributes:

  • Master's degree with a strong academic track record.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, or a similar strategic role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities, particularly for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
  • Experience within retail, consumer, or other fast-moving commercial sectors is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
