Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of revenue streams, cost dynamics, and profitability across different product offerings
  • Analyze monthly performance and uncover underlying trends, translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and shareholders
  • Support strategic initiatives such as expansion into new markets and potential acquisitions, including evaluation and post-deal integration
  • Enhance financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Design and improve reporting tools and dashboards using data visualization and analytics tools
  • Contribute to the development of scalable data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
  • Support reporting requirements within a regulated financial environment where applicable
  • Broaden the financial perspective beyond income statements, incorporating cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure considerations



The Successful Applicant

This role is for individuals with a strong analytical foundation and exposure to deal-driven or investment-driven environments.

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in controlling in Private Equity and/or Investment related complex environment
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis
  • Ability to connect financial outputs to underlying business and investment drivers
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools or querying languages is a plus
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to engage in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to independently drive projects
  • Exposure to regulated financial environments is beneficial but not required
