Job Description



As part of the Store Format team, you'll help create and maintain the ideal store layout for both new and existing locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing store layouts and blueprints that optimize customer journeys and product visibility.
  • Translating commercial opportunities and operational requirements into practical floor plans.
  • Maintaining and updating store design documentation and layout databases.
  • Supporting retail projects, pilot store setups, and the rollout of new concepts across multiple locations.
  • Working closely with teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Operations, and Expansion.
  • Visiting stores regularly to gather feedback and understand how layouts perform in practice.
  • Contributing ideas that improve efficiency, customer experience, and sales performance.



No two days are the same. One day you may be designing a new store concept, while the next you'll be helping roll out an innovative merchandising solution across multiple locations.

The Successful Applicant



We're open to candidates at different stages of their career. You'll thrive in this role if you're analytical, commercially, and enjoy combining creativity with structure.

Ideally, you have:

  • An MBO, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in Retail Management, Commercial Economics, Interior Design, Spatial Planning, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail, store operations, merchandising, space planning, or a similar area, or the ambition to build expertise in this field.
  • An interest in store layouts, customer journeys, shelving plans, and retail optimization.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with space planning software such as JDA, Nielsen, or similar tools is a plus, but not essential.
  • Good communication skills in English.
