SME Planner a.i.

In this role as SME planner a.i. you will:

• Develop and implement AI-driven forecasting models for supply chain operations.
• Analyse historical data to identify trends and improve accuracy in forecasting.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align forecasts with operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of forecasting tools and processes.
• Generate detailed reports to support decision-making within the supply chain.
• Work on improving inventory management through predictive analytics.
• Identify optimisation opportunities in supply chain workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in data usageAct as the local Subject Matter Expert within a designated functional area.
• Support the implementation of a new ERP and business process landscape.
• Participate in workshops to identify gaps and validate proposed solutions.
• Represent local business requirements and provide input on process design.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new processes and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver training sessions and coach end users throughout the transformation journey.
• Adapt global training materials to local business requirements and use cases.
• Act as the first point of contact for users following deployment.
• Log, track and resolve operational issues, incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to project teams and relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support change management and communication activities within your functional area.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business, operations, supply chain and technology teams.
