Job Description

You will play a key role in keeping medical equipment operational and compliant. Working independently in the field, you will provide technical expertise while building trusted relationships with healthcare customers.

  • Install, commission and configure medical devices at customer sites
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnose and repair technical faults on medical equipment
  • Deliver technical training and user support to healthcare professionals
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate service records
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with technical support and commercial teams to resolve customer issues

The Successful Applicant

You are a hands-on field service professional who enjoys solving technical problems and working directly with customers. You communicate clearly, work independently and understand the importance of reliable healthcare technology.

  • Fluent Dutch language skills and professional English communication
  • Experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
  • Experience working with medical devices, laboratory equipment or other technical capital equipment
  • Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands
  • Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
