As a Senior Proposal Manager, you lead complex and strategic bid and tender processes end-to-end, developing winning strategies, advising senior leadership, and ensuring high-quality commercial proposals. You also drive bid management excellence by guiding stakeholders, managing portfolio priorities, and improving processes across the organization.

Functie

  • Lead complex proposal and tender processes end-to-end.
  • Develop winning bid strategies and commercial propositions.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure high-quality, competitive proposal submissions.
  • Oversee bid portfolio priorities and resource planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement of bid management processes.

Profiel

  • Proven experience in proposal, bid, or tender management, ideally within a complex or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop winning strategies and compelling proposals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
  • Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and English is a must.
  • Experience in, or exposure to, the hospitality, catering, facilities, or service industry is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
