Job Description

In this role, you are the clinical and technical link between customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders. You ensure dialysis solutions are used safely, effectively and to their full potential.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and advanced application training for HD and PD
  • Onboard and support customers in hospitals and home‑dialysis environments
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Build long‑term relationships with nurses, clinicians and decision makers
  • Maintain accurate customer data and market insights in CRM systems

The Successful Applicant

You are a dialysis nurse or clinical specialist ready to move into an application‑focused role with commercial exposure. You are confident in customer interaction and enjoy sharing your expertise beyond direct patient care.

  • Nursing/clinical background or experience in a medical product/application specialist role
  • Hands‑on peritoneal dialysis (PD) or haemodialysis (HD) experience is a big plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally within Benelux
  • Commercial mindset or interest in developing sales‑related skills
