Our client is a large asset-intensive organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. The organisation relies on enterprise technology and SAP solutions to support operational performance, engineering activities and supply chain processes

Job Description

  • Develop multi-year technology and application roadmaps aligned with business strategy and lifecycle planning.
  • Translate business objectives into clear application, integration and technology requirements.
  • Deliver a transparent and prioritised technology demand management process.
  • Produce business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation plans for technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate solution assessments, stakeholder alignment, testing and adoption outcomes for application changes.
  • Drive application modernisation, integration, automation, analytics and AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
  • Optimise application landscapes by reducing technical debt and improving interoperability and data quality.
  • Coordinate governance, architecture, cybersecurity, vendors and service providers to achieve agreed outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience with SAP and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience with senior leadership teams.
  • Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution assessment and change adoption.
  • Working knowledge of governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, integration and data management.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Analyst, IT Business Partner, Business Analyst or similar technology-facing roles.
  • Preferred: Experience in energy, utilities, chemicals, manufacturing or other asset-intensive industries, including SAP transformation programmes.
