A leading Asset Management organisation is looking for a Senior Investment Operations Specialist with strong SimCorp Dimension experience to support daily middle and back-office activities. The role offers broad exposure to reconciliations, transaction processing, payments, fee calculations and operational support across multiple asset classes.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading international Asset Management organisation managing a broad range of investment strategies across multiple asset classes. The Investment Operations team plays a critical role in supporting trading activity, maintaining operational controls and ensuring the accurate processing of investment transactions.

Job Description

  • Perform daily investment operations activities using SimCorp Dimension.
  • Execute reconciliations across positions, cash and transactions.
  • Process and monitor investment transactions throughout the trade lifecycle.
  • Support fixed income and other traditional investment products.
  • Process payments and cash-related activities.
  • Calculate and administer fees and invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve operational breaks and discrepancies.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational queries.
  • Support daily operational activities across the Investment Operations function.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Investment Operations, Asset Management Operations, Middle Office or Back Office environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
  • Experience within Asset Management, Pension Funds, Custody or Investment Management environments.
  • Solid understanding of the investment trade lifecycle.
  • Experience processing fixed income products, including bonds.
  • Strong reconciliation and transaction processing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational activities.
  • Proactive, energetic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
