Manage team priorities, performance and workload, while acting as the escalation point for complex operational matters and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in partnership with Finance and the external payroll provider (AFAS), ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Ensure employee records, contracts and payroll data are maintained accurately, and oversee onboarding administration to support a seamless employee experience.Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency, service quality and employee experience. Support HR transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation and process optimisation, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, controls and audit requirements. Maintain robust payroll governance and HR operational controls, safeguarding data integrity and supporting effective decision-making through sound judgement and risk awareness.Build strong relationships with HR, Finance and operational leaders across the organisation. Provide accurate HR reporting, workforce insights and operational updates, and act as the key point of contact between HR Operations and business stakeholders to ensure a responsive and professional service.The Successful ApplicantFluent Dutch and English language skillsBachelor's degree (HBO/WO) or a comparable level of professional and academic capability.Previous experience overseeing HR operations, employee administration or payroll activities within a complex and fast-paced organisation.Strong understanding of people processes, workforce administration and HR information systems, with experience using AFAS considered an advantage.Familiarity with employment legislation, compliance requirements and operational controls within a regulated environment.Proven ability to coordinate and motivate teams, while driving service improvements and delivering operational results.Confident communicator who can build credibility with employees, managers and senior leaders across different parts of the business.Naturally collaborative, with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple priorities and deadlines.Comfortable analysing information and translating insights into practical actions and improvements.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an efficient and professional employee experience.What's on OfferA competitive benefits package is offered.
