About Our Client

An international retail and consumer business with operations across multiple European and global markets. Due to continued growth and transformation within the finance function, they are looking to strengthen their reporting team with an experienced Financial Reporting Manager.

Job Description

  • Own and manage statutory reporting processes for assigned legal entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with local GAAP requirements.
  • Analyze and reconcile differences between group accounting standards and local reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and support external statutory audits, ensuring timely delivery of audit documentation.
  • Review work performed by external service providers where applicable.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Shared Services teams.
  • Manage and resolve audit findings and reporting-related issues.
  • Support intercompany reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain reporting trackers, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Participate in finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in statutory reporting, audit, or financial accounting.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, RA or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Experience within an international organization and/or Big 4 environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of statutory accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting within a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
