Job Description

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Process and verify invoices accurately and timely.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare payment runs and support cash flow management.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams.
Assist with process improvements and finance projects.

The Successful Applicant

Fluent in Spanish and English; Dutch is a plus.
2+ years of experience within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance position.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
