The business combines entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer focus and is currently strengthening its finance organisation across the EMEA regionJob DescriptionAs Operations Finance Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day finance operations across multiple legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions. You will act as the connecting link between finance, commercial teams, operations and external partners, ensuring compliance, accuracy and business support in a fast-moving environment.Key responsibilitiesOversee finance operations across three legal entities operating in multiple currencies, including EUR, USD and TRYManage and supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including support for the US finance organisationMonitor cash flow, treasury activities, payment processes and cash application activitiesCoordinate VAT filings and indirect tax compliance across eight European countriesManage and reconcile payroll activities across seven international payrollsReview monthly reporting packages prepared for the US headquarters and ensure reporting accuracyLead external audits, statutory reporting and compliance activities for the Dutch and Turkish entitiesSupport transfer pricing processes, banking audits and internal audit requirementsCoordinate budgeting and forecasting processes together with business stakeholdersDeliver monthly performance reporting, KPI analysis and commercial insights to management and sales teamsDrive finance process improvements, documentation initiatives and standardisation projectsThe Successful ApplicantYou are comfortable operating in an environment where structures continue to evolve and where ownership is highly valued.
