Job Description

You will become the technical expert for a portfolio of medical devices used in hospital environments. Your focus is ensuring maximum uptime, regulatory compliance and excellent customer support.

  • Install and commission imaging, surgical or ICU equipment at hospitals
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software-related faults
  • Support clinical staff with basic product training and system operation
  • Coordinate with remote technical support teams and product specialists

The Successful Applicant

You enjoy combining technology, customer interaction and problem-solving in a healthcare environment. You work independently in the field while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

  • MBO or HBO degree, ideally in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years of field service experience on complex technical equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electro-mechanical systems
  • Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands
