Our client is a large international industrial organisation operating in a highly technical environment. The company is investing heavily in Data and is now focused on strengthening its data foundations to unlock long-term business value, innovation, and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Define and own the vision and roadmap for the enterprise data platform.
  • Drive adoption of data, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the business.
  • Improve data governance, data quality, ownership, and standardisation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data and AI capabilities.
  • Build and grow a data and analytics community across the organisation.
  • Align business stakeholders, IT teams, data specialists, and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality management, metadata, and data ownership.
  • Understanding of how strong data foundations enable successful AI initiatives.
  • Experience with Power BI and modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is a plus.

What's on Offer

  • Salary between €6,000 and €8,000 per month.
