As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage your own portfolio of international customers and coordinate the full order process from order entry to delivery. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and building strong long-term relationships.

Job Description

  • Manage the complete order-to-cash process, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of international customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, production facilities, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and business managers, providing proactive communication and service support.



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to communicate in German and/or French (highly preferred).
  • Experienced in customer service, order management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role within an international environment.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
