As a customer service professional in our tech company, you will coordinate logistical processes and ensure efficient customer service. We are based in Den Bosch and work in the EMEA region. It is a 32-hour job spread over 5 days.

Over onze klant

We are located in Den Bosch and are the headquarters for EMEA. In total we work with 15 colleagues and our production location is located in Taiwan. We are part of a multinational and sell high value goods. You will be working in the logistics department together with 1 colleague and make sure all processes are run smoothly.

Functie

As a customer service logistics employee you:

  • Monitoring and processing inbound and outbound and creating shipping documents and invoices.
  • Manage and coordinate customer orders from placement to delivery.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and internal departments within EMEA via phone or e-mail.
  • Resolve logistical and delivery-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments and keep in mind the different regulations for each company.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team, sales, finance and IT to optimise operations.

Profiel

A successful customer service logistics professional should have:

  • Some experience or interest in logistics and customer service within the retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
