As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will act as the key point of contact between customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Functie

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process and monitor customer orders from start to finish.
  • Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in Salesforce.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.

Profiel

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, or Order Management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within an international, logistics, supply chain, or trading environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a pré.
