Job Description

  • Conduct detailed credit analysis and financial assessments of corporate clients, including new lending opportunities and annual reviews.
  • Prepare credit proposals and recommendations for complex financing transactions, including syndicated, structured, and cross-border loans.
  • Monitor the performance and risk profile of the client portfolio, identifying potential issues and recommending mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, and other internal stakeholders to support credit approvals and transaction execution.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and stay informed on market, industry, and regulatory developments relevant to the corporate banking portfolio.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, structured finance, syndicated lending, or credit risk management.
  • Possesses strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to assess complex corporate financing structures.
  • Is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Is fluent in English and Mandarin and thrives in an international, fast-paced banking environment.
  • Does not require sponsorship to work in the Netherlands.
