Job Description

As a Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior commercial stakeholders, helping to translate business performance into actionable financial insights. Working in a highly international environment, you will play a key role in supporting growth initiatives, challenging commercial decisions, and driving continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering insightful financial and commercial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partnering with senior business leaders to evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and improve performance.
  • Building financial models and business cases to support investments, new initiatives, and growth strategies.
  • Developing and enhancing reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks to provide greater business visibility.
  • Monitoring commercial performance and helping identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance and the wider business.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

You are a commercial finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the confidence to challenge stakeholders, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements.

You bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Control, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence decision-making in a constructive manner.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve processes, performance, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, BI tools, and financial reporting environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Fluency in English.
