As a Clinical Specialist, you will support hospitals across the Netherlands with product training, evaluations, and clinical expertise. Functie

In this field-based role, you will become the clinical expert for a portfolio of medical products and act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals. You will support commercial growth by combining clinical knowledge with hands-on customer engagement.

  • Support the sales team during product trials, evaluations, and tender processes.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and in-service training within hospitals.
  • Provide specialised category expertise to operating theatre teams and clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and share market insights with sales and marketing colleagues.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and product evaluations while ensuring excellent customer follow-up.

Profiel

You bring hands-on clinical experience and enjoy building relationships within hospital environments. You are organised, commercially aware, and confident presenting to a variety of healthcare professionals.

  • Experience as an Operating Theatre Practitioner, Surgical Assistant, or Operating Room Nurse.
  • Previous exposure to sales, product management, or marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Netherlands and a valid Category B driving licence.
