Job Description

  • Manage proposal and tender processes from intake to submission.
  • Develop bid strategies and compelling winning stories.
  • Translate client requirements into strong commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate and engage stakeholders throughout the bid process.
  • Guide Bid Writers and oversee quality, timelines, and progress.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in submissions.
  • Analyse processes and drive continuous improvements in bid management.

The Successful Applicant



  • HBO or university level working and thinking.
  • Proven experience in proposal, tender, or bid management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of translating complex client requirements into compelling proposals.
  • Proactive team player who can build relationships and drive collaboration.
