Job Description

  • Automate and optimise business reporting and recurring data processes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Use Python and SQL to extract, transform, validate, and automate data.
  • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards to support business performance analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Improve data quality, documentation, and process efficiency across the Business Control function.
  • Work closely with IT and Data teams to deliver reliable and sustainable data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive automation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau (or a comparable BI tool).
  • Proven experience building automated data processes, pipelines, and reporting solutions.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and passionate about process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, Git, Excel VBA, or cloud data platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience within finance, trading, supply chain, logistics, or another complex operational environment is a plus.
