Job Description

You take ownership of your territory, focusing on strengthening existing hospital relationships while identifying new opportunities. You work closely with clinical teams to ensure the right product fit and successful implementation.

  • Manage and grow relationships within assigned hospital accounts
  • Visit operating theatres, wards, and departments to support product use
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and in-service trainings
  • Support tender processes and liaise with procurement teams
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and aftercare

The Successful Applicant

You have early experience in hospital sales and are ready to take full ownership of a territory. You are confident speaking with clinicians and understand the dynamics of hospital decision-making.

  • 2-3 years of sales experience within hospitals or medtech
  • Exposure to clinical environments (e.g. OR, ICU, or wards)
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity building
  • Strong communication skills with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Structured way of working with attention to follow-up and detail
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel regularly
