Als Quality Assurance Manager Distribution Europe ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitsstrategie, compliance en continue verbetering van distributieactiviteiten binnen Europa. Je geeft leiding aan een team van kwaliteitsprofessionals en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor interne stakeholders, auditors en toezichthouders.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van klachten en claims van klanten en leveranciers en zorg je voor een positieve klantervaring. Je komt te werken in het Quality team en jijbent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partners met betrekking tot vragen,opmerkingen en klachten over de producten, service en facturen.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the Quality Management System, regulatory compliance and quality oversight of distribution activities across Europe, while leading a team of Quality professionals based at the European Distribution Centre in Roosendaal.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding and continuously improving product and process quality within a highly technical manufacturing environment. Acting as the link between production, engineering and customers, you will investigate quality issues, analyse performance data and implement sustainable improvements that enhance reliability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
