This role focuses on growing international sales by identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and managing the sales pipeline within technical industries. It combines frequent international travel, consultative selling, and close collaboration with internal teams to drive market growth and achieve commercial targets.
You will act as the financial business partner for complex projects and programmes, overseeing project performance, revenue recognition, forecasting, reporting, and contract compliance. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Programme Management, you will provide insights that support decision-making, drive financial control, and ensure the successful execution of projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Als Business Controller ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management en directie binnen een landelijke maatschappelijke organisatie. Je vertaalt financiële analyses naar concrete adviezen, ondersteunt de planning- & controlcyclus en draagt actief bij aan organisatieontwikkeling, verandertrajecten en het realiseren van strategische doelstellingen.
Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groepsconsolidatie, IFRS & Dutch GAAP rapportages,reconciliaties, maandafsluiting & financial control-activiteiten binnen de internationale groep. Je werkt samen met het financiale team in Zuid-Amerika. Naast betrouwbare rapportages verbeter je de consolidatie en rapportage structuur en bereid je organisatie voor op de vereisten van een toekomstige beursnotering.
Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de financiële prestaties van de organisatie en het optimaliseren van rapportageprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management, analyseert bedrijfsresultaten en levert betrouwbare stuurinformatie waarmee strategische en operationele beslissingen worden ondersteund.
