Mizuho Financial Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to coordinate and manage payroll activities for their Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain locations, from the Amsterdam office.
Operating within an international business banking environment, this role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant and timely delivery of payroll services.
In deze hands-on rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de salarisadministratie van circa 1.500 tot 2.000 medewerkers binnen de Nederlandse entiteit. Je stuurt een team van drie payroll professionals aan en bent zelf actief betrokken bij de payrollverwerking, controles en compliance. Actuele kennis van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving is essentieel. PDL is vereist, VPS een sterke pre.
As HR Officer / Office manager, you will mainly be supporting a team of 10fte in the HR department with allround Administrative, contracting and Payrolling activities. It differs each day and you shall work closely with the HR Business Partners. Next to these tasks, you will be in charge of the entire office - from facilities to general communicative tasks.
