As Team Lead Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a key warehouse process within a large-scale fulfilment environment. Depending on the department, this may include inbound operations, storage and picking, or packing and outbound activities. You will lead a team of approximately 20 to 75 warehouse employees.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate operational team members
  • Ensure daily operational targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Collaborate with planning and operational support teams to optimize workflows
  • Improve efficiency of people, equipment, and processes
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare operational reports, analyses, and performance measurements
  • Conduct performance reviews and support absenteeism management
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment

The Successful Applicant

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or another fast-paced operational environment
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Full-time availability and flexibility to work shifts
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written
