The organisation offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where employees are empowered to shape business processes and contribute to long-term growth.Job DescriptionManage, maintain, and continuously improve the organisation's CRM platform.Support and optimise tender management processes and commercial systems.Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.Deliver commercial insights and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Monitor and improve data quality across multiple business platforms.Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions.Support commercial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.Coordinate pricing and surcharge-related data within the business.Train and support users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.Collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and operational stakeholders across Europe.The Successful ApplicantHBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.Experience within business support, commercial analytics, CRM management, business intelligence, or a similar role.Affinity with logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding environments.Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and governance.Strong SQL skills, including querying, data validation, transformation, and integration.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query capabilities.Experience with APIs, automated data extraction, and reporting automation.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.Able to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.Candidates must already have the right to work in the Netherlands .
