Functie

  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the organisation's CRM platform.
  • Support and optimise tender management processes and commercial systems.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Deliver commercial insights and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across multiple business platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions.
  • Support commercial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate pricing and surcharge-related data within the business.
  • Train and support users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and operational stakeholders across Europe.

Profiel

  • HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • Experience within business support, commercial analytics, CRM management, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Affinity with logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and governance.
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, data validation, transformation, and integration.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query capabilities.
  • Experience with APIs, automated data extraction, and reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Candidates must already have the right to work in the Netherlands . Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Aanbod

  • Competitive salary between €4,500 and €5,500 per month.
