Our client is an international organization operating within the Industrial Services sector. The company provides, maintains, and services specialized equipment through long-term lease and service contracts, supporting customers across a range of industrial industries.

The Dutch business is currently experiencing a strong growth phase and forms part of a larger international group. With ambitious expansion plans and a focus on further professionalization, the organization offers a dynamic environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational performance, reporting, and decision-making.

Job Description

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
  • Producing monthly management reporting and financial analyses.
  • Managing forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Supporting external audits.
  • Overseeing VAT and corporate income tax processes.
  • Performing straightforward consolidation activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Financial Controller.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience working within an international business environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both operational and senior international stakeholders.
