A client is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Application Functional Consultant / Application Support Specialist to focused on enhancing ERP capabilities and business processes. The engagement centres on delivering functional improvements, supporting users, and optimising Finance and Operations processes through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Our client operates in a complex operational environment where Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations supports critical financial and operational processes. The organisation is investing in continuous improvement of its ERP landscape to increase efficiency and user adoption.

Functie

  • Optimise the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
  • Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
  • Resolve application incidents and functional user enquiries.
  • Coordinate system changes, releases, and testing activities.
  • Improve Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics processes.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Deliver and maintain functional documentation and work instructions.
  • Enhance knowledge transfer and user adoption across the organisation.

Profiel

  • Minimum 5 years of ERP application support, consulting, or application management experience.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP solution.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and operational modules, including Projects, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and capable of independently identifying root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
