We are supporting a well-established international organization in the Netherlands in their search for a highly capable IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital transformation projects. This is a permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of strategic IT initiatives involving cloud, ERP, and enterprise platform integration.

The organization is undergoing a major modernization of its IT landscape and is seeking a project leader who can drive successful project outcomes while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe. The company operates in a professional yet informal environment that values initiative, ownership, and flexibility.

Functie



  • Lead and deliver medium to large-scale IT projects across infrastructure, software, and cloud.


  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.


  • Engage and align with business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and IT leadership.


  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Run project meetings, status updates, and steerco presentations.


  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.


  • Support the continuous improvement of project governance and delivery frameworks.



Profiel



  • 5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technical and business projects.


  • Proven track record of managing complex projects (cloud, SaaS, ERP, digital platforms) & strong grasp of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.


  • Strong communicator and stakeholder manager with the ability to work across business and technical teams.


  • Proficient with project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.


  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.


  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).


  • Bonus: Experience working in matrix organizations or regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy).
  • Bonus: Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or comparable.
