Our client is focused on developing and selling color pastes for coatings in the broadest sense of the word. They are pioneers in the field of innovative color mixing systems . Color accuracy and durability are the most important building blocks. In the meantime, they have built up a good position in Europe and some regions outside of Europe and are now ready for 'exponential , global' growth.

Functie

  • Identifying new markets and potential customers in regions where our client currently has no or limited presence
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to build a strong market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining (strong) relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and partners in target markets
  • Conducting market research to understand local nuances, competition and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies and solutions
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for product improvements or adjustments to meet specific markets
  • Monitor and report on sales performance , market penetration and customer feedback to continually refine strategies

Profiel

  • Preferably HBO or University education in Chemistry/HBO Commercial Economics
  • Experience in an international B2B environment, preferably in a paint producing or related chemical industry
  • Technical ability to master the complexity of color mixing systems within a reasonable time frame
  • Strong network in relevant markets and the ability to establish new connections
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and devise effective solutions
  • Willingness to travel: maintain relationships, explore new markets and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, multilingual skills are a strong advantage
