Job Description

  • Define and implement a test strategy and approach, architecture and organization in a test concept
  • Prepare test environments for test execution and make sure they are in the desired state
    (dependent of which test will be executed)

* Prepare and conduct test execution
* Plan and organize training for test tool utilization
* Support and review the creation of test scenarios and test cases
* Advocate the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects, ensure timely
follow up and escalation of risk and issues
* Coordinate business and IT resources required to perform tests
* Managing test users in qTest
* Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders for any testing related topics
* Gather data and continuously monitor test activities over all workstreams, optimize test
efficiency
* Prepare and set-up monitoring (tools and dashboards, jour fixe)
* Effectively communicate regular project status reports and updates to project management
and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

We expect
* 3-5 years of experience in test management
* 3+ years of experience in global and complex system implementation projects
* Experience in technical testing as well as test automation
* Good understanding of hybrid application landscapes based on global ERP platforms
* Experienced project manager and proven results in successfully managing virtual (project)
teams
* Experience with managing service providers
