As an Account Manager in Wound Care and Compression Therapy, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across hospitals, nursing homes, and community care settings. You will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of advanced wound management and compression therapy products, supporting healthcare providers with expert knowledge, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned region by developing and executing a territory business plan.
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders including wound care specialists, nurses, procurement teams, and physicians.
  • Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and tailor solutions to meet customer and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Service) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local healthcare developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Report regularly on territory performance and sales forecasts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical sales, preferably within wound care, compression therapy, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical understanding of wound management and compression therapy principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of organization.
  • Resident in the South Netherlands region, with a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluency in Dutch and good command of English (spoken and written).
