Our client is a medium sized manufacturing company in the retail sector.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of BtoB clients in Luxembourg and Belgium.
- Manage and coordinate client projects internally.
- Technical support for the follow-up of customer projects.
- Drafting of offers and customer contracts.
- Work closely with clients in order to collect all information related to projects (budget, planning, specifications, ...).
- After-sales, installation/configuration.
- At least 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally in the field of storage system manufacturing.
- You have very good commercial skills, customer relations.
- Fluent in French and Dutch is mandatory.
- Rigorous, reactive and able to work in a team.
- You are comfortable with IT tools (new CRM, Word, Excel, Office 365, Odoo ERP) and are attentive to written communication (internal and client).
