Over onze klant

Our client is a medium sized manufacturing company in the retail sector.

Functie

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of BtoB clients in Luxembourg and Belgium.
  • Manage and coordinate client projects internally.
  • Technical support for the follow-up of customer projects.
  • Drafting of offers and customer contracts.
  • Work closely with clients in order to collect all information related to projects (budget, planning, specifications, ...).
  • After-sales, installation/configuration.

Profiel

  • At least 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally in the field of storage system manufacturing.
  • You have very good commercial skills, customer relations.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch is mandatory.
  • Rigorous, reactive and able to work in a team.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools (new CRM, Word, Excel, Office 365, Odoo ERP) and are attentive to written communication (internal and client).
