Job Description

  • Lead strategic and operational consulting projects (~3 months each).
  • Manage project teams with a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach.
  • Advise C-level clients on operational improvements and strategy.
  • Contribute to business development and internal firm initiatives.
  • Balance client-facing work with internal project leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-7 years' consulting experience, ideally with operations and strategy focus.
  • Previous Manager experience at a leading consultancy.
  • Proven team leadership and client management experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and flexible in working at client sites.
  • WO Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, or a technical field
  • Fluent Dutch speaker.



What's on Offer

  • Salary: Upto €97,673 per year (excl. bonus), no pension included.
  • Bonus: 10-20% performance-based
