Job Description

  • Responsible for customer service desk (contract execution process)
  • Monitoring, reporting and improving customer service level, improving logistical processes with service providers
  • Translate information from customers to the organization (both business opportunities and improvements)
  • Work closely with the Sales department
  • Develop and maintain procedures for customer service desk
  • Optimize synergies between the different departments and desks
  • Initiate & support personal and team development

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a service driven role
  • Leadership experience
  • Fluent in English, an additional language is considered as a plus
  • Good MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ERP software skills
  • Team player that can act as a linking pin between different departments
  • You are eager to learn new things
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and nonverbally
  • Pro-active attitude and an improvement mindset
