Founded in 1985 in Sinde (Tábua, Portugal), the Aquinos Group quickly established itself as a leader in the Portuguese furniture industry. The Bedding business line produces a wide range of bedding products, including consumer-ready mattresses, slat bases, box springs, and more, marketed under popular brands like Beka®, Lattoflex®, Schlaraffia®, and Swissflex®. In Kesteren, Aquinos Bedding Netherlands b.v. focuses on the development, production, and sale of polyurethane foam used in mattress cores and foam blocks. A significant portion of these products is distributed to other Aquinos branches or external customers.

Given the hazardous substances used in production, Aquinos is classified as a BRZO company and operates under an environmental permit granted by the province.
