Job Description
You will be responsible for the 'end-to-end' management of Finished Goods and the Mechatronics commodity, from strategy development, contracting to implementation and assuring supply. Creating change with stakeholders internal and external is crucial for a successful integration of the procurement strategy.
- Developing and maintaining your Product portfolio to achieve the Purchasing KPI's on short and long term
- Managing your suppliers in all aspects
- Developing, supporting, and coordinating NPI's
- Supporting the daily operations while cooperating with internal.
- Supporting the Purchasing Department in its development towards the future.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor / master's degree in supply chain management/ industrial engineering/ mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a tactical/strategic purchasing of finished goods and/or outsourced products and experience with Mechatronics
- Experience with negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with make-or-buy decisions is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
